FRICS ACIH has joined as Managing Director.
Julian, a Housing Consultant and Chartered Surveyor with 25 years
experience in housing is responsible for all aspects of affordable
housing work for Jolliffe and Flint, advising public and private
sectors - local authorities, housing associations and developers.
Julian specialises in development appraisal, Section 106 planning
obligations, scheme implementation and housing needs and keeps in
regular touch with leading housing associations and the Homes and
Communities Agency.
